We all know that wax melts add an incredible fragrance and ambience to whichever room they are placed in. They make houses smell amazing but there are some tips and tricks you need to know to to make sure that you get the maximum effect from each wax melt.
Burners make a huge difference, whether you use tealight based or electric and the size of the burner. Thinking about tealight based burners, using a small wax burner instead of a tall open one will make the wax burn hotter and therefore the scent throw will be much better. If you will be using a tall, more open burner, then it is recommended that you use more than 1 tealight, so that the heat from the tealights makes the wax burn hotter and therefore give off a better scent throw.
With electric burners, these give off a consistent high heat which works amazingly well for wax melts. Electric burners are recommended as the best type of burner for wax melts, however they do have downsides. They are not portable and it isn't always convenient to have a wax burner plugged in.
Finally, remember to keep windows and doors closed which will prevent any fragrance escaping from the room. However, you will find with our wax melts that they are more than strong enough to cover multiple rooms.
