All of our products are handpoured and as such minor weight differences may occur between products.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days, although often much quicker. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail 48 and usually delivered within 2-4 business days. This does not include weekends.

Yes we do offer local collection, from our unit in Norfolk. If you wish to collect locally from us then select this option at checkout and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Yes, our products are safe around pets and we use these around our own pets with no issues.

However, the fragrance oils we use do contain chemicals which can be harmful to aquatic life and it is important that any of your pets do not consume the products.
