You can return any products to us if you’re not completely satisfied with the product. If the product arrives to you unusable or you’ve changed your mind, please reach out to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. We may ask you to send us photos. Our aim is to provide great products, so please do contact us if something has happened to them!
The only occasion where a refund or exchange may not be provided is if the scent isn’t to your liking once you've used the product as this will be down to personal taste rather than an issue or problem with the product itself.

For UK delivery's, If 10 working days have elapsed since your order was despatched and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information, then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
