Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days, although often dispatched much quicker and are sent by Royal Mail 48 (2-4 business days after despatch). 
Free delivery on all UK orders over £35.

Free Collection

We are able to offer free collection from our workshop. Please chose this option at during the order process. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection.

    Returns

    We are unable to offer free returns due to being a small business, but are happy to reimburse postage costs (up to a maximum £3.50) once we have received and checked your parcel. We will require proof of postage.

    You can return any products to us if you’re not completely satisfied with the product. If the product arrives to you unusable or you’ve changed your mind, please reach out to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. We may ask you to send us photos.  Our aim is to provide great products, so please do contact us if something has happened to them! 

    However, we are unable to accept returns/refunds for the following products:

    • Sample pots.
    • Products that have been used or partially used, unless faulty.
    • Products that you don't like the scent of.
    • Subscription products as these products are a surprise.
    • Products which a portion of the cost goes to a charity.
    • Surprise boxes.

      I think my order has been lost in the post

      For UK delivery's, If 10 working days have elapsed since your order was despatched and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information, then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
