All of our wax burners are lovingly hand finished and some natural variation may occur from piece to piece.

Minor surface imperfections and surface ripples can occur with handmade products but these will not affect the functionality of the burner in any way.

Please ensure you use small 4-hour tealights and not the larger 8-hour tealights in this burner. Please read the safety guide sent with the burner.

Wax melts are an amazing way of providing a quick scent boost.

Our wax melts come in packs of 6 cubes. We recommend that you melt one cube at a time in an electric or tealight burner for up to 4 hours and re-melt this cube as many times as you wish to enjoy the fragrance. This pack will provide you with a minimum of 60 hours burn time.

Please ensure you use the smaller 4 hour tealights with ceramic burners not the larger 8 hour tealights.

The intensity of the fragrance will depend on your room size, the temperature of the room and the amount of wax used. We recommend you always close your windows in the room you are using our products.

When you are ready to replace your wax. Use cotton balls/pads to soak up melted wax and then dispose of it accordingly. Do not use wipes and/or cleaning chemicals/products to clean the burner. Do not use metal or sharp objects to clean out wax as this may crack or damage the burner or cause injury. Please check the packaging for allergen advice. Keep away from children.

What is a wax melt?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax. We have a fantastic range of scents and fragrances ranging from perfume to bakery.

How long do wax melts last?One cubes of our wax melts can last up to 10 hours of scent! Each pack will last up to 60 hours.

How often should I change the wax in my wax warmer?

We recommend switching to a fresh wax melt once you have used 3, 4-hour tea lights.

What wax melter should I use?

We recommend using a tea light burner for optimal scent throw but our wax melts can also be used in electric wax burners and plug in warmers.

What is scent throw?

Scent throw is a term used to describe how strong the fragrance is and how quickly the scent travels. Our wax melts will fill the room with strong fragrance within 15 minutes of melting.

Do wax melts evaporate?

Wax melts do not come into contact with a naked flame so do not evaporate. Simply burn the same piece of wax until you no longer can smell the scent and dispose of the residual wax.

How do you remove wax melts?

Our recommended approach is to use cotton wool or cotton pads to soak up the molten wax and wipe the dish clean.

Can I reuse wax melts?

Once the scent throw has finished, we recommend you change your wax cube for a fresh one.

How long are delivery times?
